Scholarship Description
The Boomer Esiason Foundation (BEF) created a scholar-athlete award, the Exercise for Life Athletic Scholarship Program, to assist cystic fibrosis (CF) high school senior athletes pursuing undergraduate degrees.

The goal of the Exercise for Life Athletic Scholarship is to improve the quality of life and increase the lifespan of individuals with CF through the power of daily physical exercise (jogging). As therapeutic developments increase the lifespan of CF patients, so does the need for further education in the area of exercise.

Doctors and Cystic Fibrosis (CF) centers have made it clear: when it comes to CF, exercise saves lives. So, if you’re eligible for the Exercise for Life Athletic Scholarship Program, we encourage you to apply straight away.
